How do I book a session?
Send us a WhatsApp, Telegram, or text message with your preferred day and session length. We'll confirm availability within a few minutes during opening hours. No forms, no apps — just a quiet conversation.
Is AURA discreet?
Yes. Our entrance is private and separate from street view. Reception is staffed so you never cross paths with other guests. We never publish photos of our visitors or share their details.
Can I choose my masseuse?
Absolutely. Browse the 'Today available' gallery to see who's working today. If you prefer a specific person, mention her name when booking and we'll check her schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and contactless payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay). Payment is always taken at the end of the session — never upfront.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Paid street parking is available directly outside, and a public parking garage is a three-minute walk away. Let us know if you need directions.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Robes, towels, showers, oils, and a locker for your belongings are all provided.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know at least two hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. No penalty for occasional cancellations.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — both physical and digital. Gift cards can be used for any session type and don't expire. Ask via WhatsApp to arrange one.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but weekends and evenings fill up fast. Booking a day ahead is the safest way to get the masseuse and time you want.
