1. Scope
These terms describe the relationship between AURA and guests visiting our private massage salon in Warsaw. By booking a session you acknowledge and accept them. If any clause is unclear, please contact us before your visit.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to request age verification on arrival and to refuse service to anyone who cannot confirm their age.
3. Booking and cancellation
Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least two hours before your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pre-pay future sessions.
4. Conduct
Mutual respect is non-negotiable. Our masseuses decide the pace and nature of each session; they may end any appointment at their discretion if they feel uncomfortable. Intoxicated guests will not be admitted.
5. Health and wellbeing
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session so we can adjust techniques and products safely. Massage services are not a substitute for professional medical care.
6. Pricing and payment
Current prices are listed on this website and confirmed in your booking confirmation. Payment is due at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card.
7. Liability
AURA is not liable for personal belongings left on the premises. Please store valuables in the lockers provided at reception.
