Your first visit
You'll arrive to a private entrance away from the street. We greet you at reception, offer a welcome drink, and ask a few quiet questions to understand your preferences. Every session starts with a short conversation — we never begin without it.
What to bring
Just yourself. We provide robes, towels, showers, premium oils, and anything else you need. Lockers are available for your belongings.
Discretion
AURA is a private space. No cameras, no public areas, no shared rooms. Staff are trained to honour your privacy. We never share guest details — not with other guests, not anywhere online.
Payment
Cash and card are both welcome. Payment is due at the end of your session. Gratuities are never expected and always appreciated.
Getting in touch
WhatsApp is our fastest channel. Telegram and phone work equally well. We reply within a few minutes during opening hours, and first thing in the morning if you message us overnight.
